My wife and I recently bought a fabulous Ritmuller from Thornton’s. From the first day we walked into their show room, Stephen and Alan could not have been more helpful or patient. Stephen went through all the various pianos available and explained to us how the pianos worked, what level they could be played to and the pros and cons of each manufacturer’s products. Alan has a great ear and helped us narrow down what we were looking for in terms of tone and sound quality. We picked the Ritmuller as it sounds fabulous and has a beautiful touch. Thanks to Stephen, Alan & Adrian for their assistance and patience. I would recommend Thornton’s to anyone looking to invest in a home piano.
