I came to your showroom with little knowledge on pianos having recently acquired an old piano which I had unfortunately discovered was beyond repair. You gave me advice on the most suitable piano for my son and showed me a selection of options available to us which were also affordable for our budget! I am delighted to say that we are now the proud owners of the Hamilton which you restored to perfect condition and polished beautifully. Your professional, knowledgeable and most of all, sincere approach to dealing with all our questions was and is commendable and your service is second to none.
